Refunds
This version: 10 October 2026
Covered cases
- The Apple ID does not sign in on the first attempt with the details, and codes, as delivered.
- The region, iCloud status or 2FA arrangement is not what the listing states.
- Paid but not delivered, or charged twice for one order.
Report in time
Report within the replacement window printed on the listing, counted from delivery. Try the account straight away, since code links do not last forever.
What you receive
A replacement Apple ID from the same listing. If the listing is out of stock, or nothing was delivered, a refund of the order.
Not covered
- An account Apple locks, disables or asks to verify after a successful first sign-in.
- Problems caused by signing the account in as your device's main Apple ID, or by changing its password or security details where the listing did not allow it.
- Purchases, subscriptions or balances on the account.
- Claims after the window, or orders under a chargeback.
How to claim
Open a ticket from your order page and describe what Apple showed when you signed in. A screenshot helps support decide quickly.
