This notice covers BuyiCloudAccounts and the orders placed on it.

Information about you

We store the email address you order with, your support tickets, and security logs (IP address, browser, time of each request). We do not ask for your own Apple ID, and support will never request it or its codes.

Information about your orders

The listing, quantity and amount of each order, the Apple ID details and code links delivered in it, and the payment confirmation from the payment provider. Card and wallet details are handled by the provider alone.

Why we need it

To deliver orders, send delivery emails, investigate claims and replace accounts, prevent fraud, and keep the records accounting rules require.

Sharing

Only with our payment, hosting and email providers, for those purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed for sign-in, the cart and secure checkout, and no advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting

Delivered details are kept while a claim on the order is still possible; order and payment records as long as the law requires; logs briefly. To request a copy, a correction or deletion, use the Contact page from your order email.
